Would you like to turn vegetarian?
I would like to turn vegetarian mainly because it is healthier. The plant-based diet is high in potassium and fiber hence the reduced risk of heart attacks, strokes, and even cancer. Not only does vegetarianism improves our health, but it also helps maintain healthy hair, skin, and nails. In addition, there are also ethical reasons, like not taking part in killing the animals. I am gradually trying to change my diet because in truth I don't really enjoy eating meat and there are many benefits that the vegetarianism brings.
I also think that one of the most important advantages in the vegetarian diet is reduced risk of falling ill.
